This is your opportunity to:

• Learn about new premium assistance options if you have DACA status.

• Enroll in ORCA LIFT or apply for subsidized transit passes.

• Access Seattle City Light Utility Discounts.

• Get assistance with Basic Food applications.

Whether you’re looking for better coverage or just need help understanding your options, our team is here to make the process easy and stress-free.

RSVP isn’t required but preferred! We will have Nintendo 64, board games, instruments, and refreshments for folks waiting. The average wait time is less than 30 minutes.

Just bring yourself and any relevant documents to get started. If you don't have all these documents that is okay, just bring what you can. 

What to bring:

• Proof of Identity: Passport, driver’s license, or other government-issued ID.

• Proof of Income: Recent pay stubs, tax returns, or a letter from your employer. 

• Proof of Residency: A utility bill, lease agreement, or other document showing your current address.

• Social Security Number.

• Current Health Insurance Information: If you already have coverage.

PARKING & BUILDING INFO:

SMASH is located in the former Crosscut/Cascade Media building next to the Seattle Opera at Seattle Center. The address is:

401 Mercer St, Seattle, WA 98109

It is a secure building, and the lobby does not always have someone to greet you. Luckily, SMASH has its entrance. So, when you arrive at the front door, don't enter; just turn left down the little paved path, and you'll see our door. There will be signs out front pointing you in the right direction. The first glass door on the right is the SMASH office. Just ring the bell.

The cheapest parking is located at the corner of Taylor and Mercer. If you are facing QFC on Mercer, it’s to the right of the building. It is not the parking lot inside the building. It is across Taylor.  It is about $8 to park all day if you are in by 11 am. If you won't be in by 11 am, I recommend getting the Park Mobile app and paying before 11 am if you think you'll visit us for more than 4 hours. The zone number for the Park Mobile app is 770288. It may say you are too far away, but click the button to park anyway. Otherwise, there are tons of street parking spaces available if a game or event is not happening at Seattle Center that day.
