Many SMASH members are eligible for free Washington Apple Health (Medicaid) coverage. You may be eligible for Apple Health for Adults coverage if you:
Are age 19 through 64.
Have annual household income at or below the Medicaid standard (see income eligibility below).
Are a U.S. citizen or meet Medicaid immigration requirements.
Are not entitled to Medicare.
Apple Health Income Eligibility:
Single person - $1,563 monthly
2-person household - $2,106 monthly
3-person household - $2,649 monthly
4-person household - $3,192 monthly
5-person household - $3,735 monthly
6-person household - $4,277 monthly
7-person household - $4,820 monthly
Covered services include:
primary care
emergency visits
maternity services
pediatric care
dental services
vision care
prescription medications
and more!
When you’re ready to apply, you’ll need the following:
Your monthly household income.
The Social Security numbers and birth dates for each household member.
Your immigration information, if that applies to you.

Walk-ins are welcomed without an appointment but are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, and there might be a wait until a Navigator is available.
