ARTSFUND AWARDS COMMUNITY ACCELERATOR GRANT TO SMASH

Seattle Musicians Access to Sustainable Healthcare (SMASH) is thrilled to announce that we have been selected as a recipient of the ArtsFund Community Accelerator Grant. This grant is a significant acknowledgment of their commitment to providing essential healthcare services to our vibrant local music community, ensuring that our local musicians can continue to thrive both on and off the stage.

The Community Accelerator Grant, funded by the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation and administered by ArtsFund, provides unrestricted grants for cultural nonprofit organizations, like SMASH, across Washington state. The $10M initiative was created to provide essential capital to Washington’s cultural organizations to boost their ability to invest in their missions and essential roles serving communities across the state. This grant will allow SMASH to expand programs, enhance outreach efforts, and bring much-needed healthcare resources to even more musicians in need.
